Our authentic Muay Thai classes run by Khru Jason are suitable for men, women & kids of all ages. No experience is neccessary, only the desire to learn & transform your life.
Advanced classes are also available for those ready to further their Muay Thai skills or step into the ring.

Muay Fit is owned and run by a husband and wife coaching team - Jason & Sarah, with 20+ years combined experience in Muay Thai & Fitness Coaching.
We are a family owned, family run gym. You are not a number to us, we want to welcome you & your family into our community. As parents we are so passionate about building a family friendly Muay

To compliment your traditional Muay Thai training, we offer MUAY FIT & STRENGTH classes. A strong body and solid core is essential for anyone wanting to improve their health, fitness and wellness.
Our training sessions will leave you feeling sweaty, strong and empowered. Every single session is different, NO repetitive programming keeping you out your comfort zone and pushing yourself to the limit.

Muay Fit Kids + Teens is a 10 Week Term Program.
TERM 4 TIMETABLE
*Important Update - you will need to register your chosen DAY this term. We are limited numbers per class in order to provide more coaching to each student*
KIDS 5 - 8 years (White / Yellow) Tuesday and Thursday
3:45 - 4:15PM
9 - 12 years (Green / Orange) Tuesday and Thursday
4:15 - 4:55PM
TEENS 13 - 16 years Monday and Wednesday
4:15 - 4:55PM
In these sessions, we will be teaching our students authentic Muay Thai techniques and strategies. Our goal is to help build our students self-confidence, discipline and fitness through fun and challenging Muay Thai Fitness drills.
Our students will progress through the Muay Fit Kids Program levels, receiving recognition for their continued development in Muay Thai at our bi-annual grading events. We believe it is so important for our kids to strive for growth and be recognized for their amazing efforts.
REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN TO NEW MEMBERS! With limited spaces per class, it is first in best dressed.

What an amazing turn out for our OPEN DAY!
We had an awesome first session with our Foundation Members and would like to thank them for their continued support.
We met many member of the Maitland community and loved sharing our passion and insight into Muay Thai. A big thank you to Kru Kat & Kru Jason for putting on some great demonstrations.
